Akeley Memorial Hospital walkthrough
Chapter 3 spoilers: this route covers the complete search for Faye's body, puzzle answers and major encounters.
Core route: take the Prism → charge the blue, yellow and pink stations → collect the matching face masks → enter the Anatomical Theatre → survive the chase and final wave → leave by boat.
1. Reception, Prism and the face doors
Start from the Reception safe room and inspect the face-door mechanism. Take the Prism from the device in front of the red bubble; this triggers an alarm and ambush. The building's main progression loop is to charge that Prism at three colored stations while collecting masks that open the corresponding face doors.
2. Blue, yellow and pink station route

The rifle is in the room beyond Materials. Search the Prosthetics workshop carefully: the mask halves and Anti-Rust Acid unlock both story progress and an optional basement reward.
3. Optional codes before the Anatomical Theatre
- Wireless Room: enter 13, 05, 36 after collecting the three testimonies.
- Basement Storage: use Anti-Rust Acid, then enter 1308 for the SMG attachment and The Vault.
4. Anatomical Theatre and escape
- Bring the fully charged Prism to the Anatomical Theatre.
- Follow the moving body creature when the sequence begins.
- Conserve healing and high-damage ammunition for the enemy wave; use the room's space rather than holding a doorway.
- After the objective updates, follow the exit route and leave the hospital by boat.
