Enter 1 – 3 – 0 – 8 on the padlock at the Hospital Storage room in the basement (−1F), near the Morgue.
How to reach the Storage room
- Progress through Akeley Memorial Hospital until you reach the Prosthetics Workshop on 2F.
- Collect the Anti-Rust Acid.
- Return to the basement and use the acid on the rusted outer door near the Morgue.
- Enter 1308 on the Storage padlock.

Where 1308 comes from
Four notes around the hospital identify the digits and their order: one is first, three is second, zero is the remaining third digit, and eight is last. Together they form 1-3-0-8.
